L’Aiaccia is a luxury 5 bedroom property located in the idyllic Chianti region of Tuscany, between Florence (40 miles) and Siena (20 miles). Set within 90 acres of olive groves and woodland, the 1788 farmhouse has been transformed, with help of award-winning English interior designer Katharine Pooley, into a fabulous holiday retreat while preserving its original Tuscan charm.

Accommodating up to ten guests, the property consists of three buildings: the main house; a separate private suite called La Porcilaia; and the “games” barn.

The Main house has four bedrooms, four full baths renovated in 2026, a living room with a large working fireplace, a fully-equipped cook’s kitchen, a gracious dining room, TV room, cozy library, and an open-air loggia with a glorious views. The private apartment (La Porcilaia) adjacent to the main house has a spacious living room, king bedroom, and full bath. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The beautifully landscaped grounds have many places to relax and to dine al fresco. There is a lovely garden dining area under a wisteria arbor overlooking the formal garden. In the protected entry portico is a second dining area perfect for al fresco meals protected from sun or rain.

Sited in the former olive terraces is a stunning 15m x 5m travertine-tiled pool with two seating terraces. Above the formal garden, there is an additional lovely terrace overlooking the countryside, with comfy sofas and chairs and an extra large umbrella.

Within 15 minutes are a multitude of Chianti’s treasures: famous medieval villages, historic castles, world-renowned vineyards and many terrific restaurants to enjoy, from family-owned to Michelin starred.
