Minimum Rental: 1 week minimum – May through mid-October
(Partial week stays are possible outside these dates.)

Maximum Occupancy: 10 guests
Rentals include:
- Daily housekeeping (except Sunday): Monday-Saturday mornings our housekeeper, Nicoletta, will be at the house for 3 hours.
- A welcome pantry including coffee, tea, milk, sugar, fruit, bottled water and L’Aiaccia’s very own extra virgin olive oil. Upon request, a more extensive, personalized food hamper can be arranged for your arrival at an additional cost.
- Air conditioning in all bedrooms. Each bedroom has an individual HVAC unit allowing personalized temperature control.
- All utilities except for central gas heat.

- A very well-equipped kitchen – A cook’s delight! Includes a 6-burner gas stove with 2 ovens plus a large gas grill just outside the kitchen door, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric teapot, and toaster
- An open-air loggia with gorgeous views (In the cooler months, windows are installed to enclose the room, making it into a cozy solarium)
- A garden dining table under the wisteria arbor overlooking the formal garden
- A tile-topped dining table in the open-air entry portico of the main house
- Two travertine-tiled poolside seating terraces
- An upper garden terrace with beautiful views across countryside
- A “games barn” with Ping Pong and Foozball tables and a half-bath
- A separate laundry room accessed from the entry terrace with Miele washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and drying rack
- Satellite internet
- A 55” Satellite HDTV with SKY Italia satellite service (English language feeds on many channels)
- A DVD player with a collection of some of our family’s favorite movies
- Hairdryer in every bathroom
- Standing fans in all bedrooms (in addition to AC units)
- Safe with programmable lock
- A library of English-language books including many interesting books about Italy and the local area
- Large wood-burning fireplace in the main house
Additional Services Available:
- Cook services: Nicoletta, our housekeeper, is a wonderful cook and is available to prepare some meals during your stay at an additional charge. (see “What Guests Say”) Cook services should be booked in advance. Should you require additional cook services, we can share information about another local chef.
- Grocery shopping: Can be arranged for a fee based on time required.
Payment Requirements/Other Costs
- Payment schedule: A 30% rental deposit is due upon reservation. The 70% rental balance is due 9 weeks prior to rental start date. All rent payments are to be made in Euros.
- Security deposit: Due 2 weeks prior to the rental start date. (The security deposit is paid in US dollars for ease of return.)
- Local tourist tax: A small tourist tax of 2€ per guest/per night is required to be paid in cash locally before departure for all rentals.
- Central gas heat: Charged separately by usage in the cooler months. All other utilities are included.
- Extra services cost: Any extra services requested such as cooking or grocery shopping are payable directly in cash prior to your departure.
Restrictions
- L’Aiaccia is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in any of the buildings, including the first floor open-air Loggia.
- There are some unprotected drops/slopes around the property so it should be noted that young children must be supervised at all times.
- This property is not handicapped accessible.
